1. Registration as a user

To complete the creation of an account, including your email,created username and other information you provide.

To facilitate our platform in providing users with continuous and stable services and ensuring the security of users using the game services, the platform will require users to provide basic registration or login information, and create a user account and password. Users can opt for email and mobile binding functions, at which point users will need to provide their email and mobile number. The platform servers will send a verification email and SMS to help users complete account binding. 2. Information Notification

To better assist you in obtaining information related to platform activities, once you have installed a platform-related product which initiates auto-push permission, the server will periodically push notifications to you, typically not exceeding three times a day or thirty times a month, and the content will be related to the platform product.

You can follow the relevant prompts on your device to turn off the platform information notification feature within your device's system settings.

To better serve you, the platform will periodically inform you about related activities or conduct user surveys through emails or SMS. If you do not wish to receive such information, you can cancel it upon receiving our email or SMS.

Additionally, for the reasonable needs of improving our products or services and under the premise of complying with relevant laws and regulations, we may use the information obtained through certain services for purposes including but not limited to displaying personalized content or advertisements, user research analysis and statistics, protecting user rights or platform anti-fraud governance, etc. For example, we may use your browsing records, search records, appointment records, order information, gaming duration, etc., obtained while you use our services, to display and recommend games or services you might be interested in.

 

3. Payment Settlement

To facilitate your payment-related orders, comprehensively assess your account and transaction risks, perform identity verification, detect, and prevent security incidents, we may collect your virtual property related information (limited to transaction records, virtual currency, virtual transactions, game redemption codes, etc.) during the transaction process.

 

4. Security Assurance

If the information is incorrect or changes, you can request a modification. If you insist on deleting the following information, you may cancel your account.

(1) Information provided during account creation. This includes your email, and username. If you are a minor, it also includes your guardian's registration information, such as the guardian's contact details, and proof of guardianship. These details are essential for us to verify your identity. Except for contact information, these details cannot be modified after registration (unless there's a change in guardianship). To change a guardian's contact details for a child's account, the guardian must submit a request and re-validate their information. If the guardianship changes, the new guardian must provide their registration information, including contact details, and new proof of guardianship.

(2) Virtual property-related information collected during transactions (limited to transaction records, virtual currency, virtual trades, game redeem codes, etc.). This information may serve as a basis for determining responsibility in potential service disputes.

(3) When you use our customer service, we save your communication/call records and content or the contact details you leave. These details are essential evidence for providing specific customer services and necessary for continuing to offer services in the future.

Additionally, device identification codes are used for security prevention and user identification, making them information we must collect. Therefore, even if you request the deletion of such information, if you continue to use our products or services after making the request, we will collect the information again.

 

(5) Account cancellation.

When you apply for account cancellation, you must provide complete and correct account registration information (including, but not limited to, personal identification information). After verifying your information, we will cancel your account according to relevant regulations. For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge a fee, but we may charge a certain cost fee for repeated and unreasonable requests beyond a reasonable limit. For requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical efforts (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose a risk to the lawful rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., information stored on backup tapes), we may refuse to comply.

Miracle Games Platform Privacy Policy (Applicable to Children)

For minors under the age of fourteen ("children"), the collection and processing of their personal information will comply with the provisions of the "Miracle Games Platform Privacy Policy" and the following terms. If there is any inconsistency between the following terms and the "Miracle Games Platform Privacy Policy," the provisions of the following terms shall prevail:

1. Our child personal information protection officer can be contacted at 86-010-85895781. Guardians can actively contact us through this contact method to exercise the rights granted to guardians by the following terms.

2. Before collecting, using, transferring, or disclosing children's personal information, we will notify the child's guardian in advance through the contact information provided by the guardian when the child's account was registered. We will only collect, use, transfer, and disclose children's information after obtaining their consent.

3. Upon receiving the above notification, the guardian can refuse. If the guardian refuses our collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of children's personal information as per the "Miracle Games Platform Privacy Policy," we will not collect, use, transfer, or disclose the child's information. However, this may mean that the child cannot fully use some functions of our product. If the information the guardian refuses us to use is essential information required to operate our product ( mobile device number, device identification code), the child will be unable to use our product at all.

4. Our personnel accessing children's personal information must be approved by the child personal information protection officer or their authorized manager, with access recorded and technical measures taken to prevent illegal copying or downloading of children's personal information.

5. The child's guardian represents the child in exercising all rights of the child under the "Miracle Games Platform Privacy Policy," including accessing, controlling, deleting the child's personal information, changing the scope of consent for the child's information, and canceling the child's account on the platform.

6. The guardian can withdraw their authorization for us to collect, use, transfer, and disclose the child's personal information. However, this may mean that the child cannot fully use some functions of our product. If the information for which the guardian withdraws authorization is essential information required to operate our product ( mobile device number, device identification code), the child will be unable to use our product at all.

7. When we transfer children's personal information to a third party, we will conduct a security assessment ourselves or entrust a third-party institution to do so.

8. If we cease to operate a product or service, we will immediately stop collecting children's personal information, delete the personal information of children we hold, and timely notify the child's guardian of the cessation of operation.
