%APPDATA%..\LocalLow\YooZoo Games\Infinity Kingdom\
2.Locate and delete the folder named GameRes.
3.Restart the game and try logging in again.
If the issue persists, please try re-downloading the game from the Microsoft Store and make sure your MG account and password are safely backed up before reinstalling.
