We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience: Due to the internal system upgrade of the Microsoft Store, the latest game client files could not be synchronized and updated in time, resulting in display abnormalities for some newly added character appearances.

We hereby solemnly confirm: This abnormality is purely a visual display issue and will not affect any actual gameplay elements, including participation in events, reward collection, core gameplay experience, account data, city development, battle power attributes, or any other features. You may continue all in-game operations normally without any concern for your progress or rights.

Once the Microsoft Store upgrade is complete, updating to the latest client version will fully resolve the display issue. Once the fix is implemented and the update channel becomes available, we will notify all Lords immediately via official announcements and in-game mail.
