The results of battles in Conquest of Empire 2 generally include the following: victory, defeat, draw, both losses, and no battle. Among them, victory and failure are mutually exclusive outcomes, where one side wins and the other must be defeated. Not fighting is because the other party has opened a free battle or their troops have moved to their destination and become their own territory/have been occupied by their own side. The following are specific examples of situations:
1. Victory and Failure
Two battle reports that often appear in the same battle, one indicating victory and the other indicating defeat. The criteria for determining victory in the game are as follows:
1) At the end of the battle, complete annihilation of the enemy and survival of our own side is considered victory.
2) At the end of the battle, annihilating the enemy's main camp and ensuring the survival of our own main camp is considered victory.
Failure is the opposite:
1) At the end of the battle, if Party B is completely annihilated and the enemy is still alive, it is considered victory.
2) At the end of the battle, our own camp was annihilated but the opposing camp survived, indicating failure
When players attack resource points/city defenders and a victory report appears, the number of defenders will decrease accordingly. When the last defender is defeated and the durability is reduced to 0, players can occupy this resource point/city. Resource points and defenders of famous cities will refresh over time, please pay attention to the corresponding refresh time.

2. A tie
A draw is a relatively easy to see outcome in a battle, and when both sides are unable to annihilate the enemy's active forces, a draw will occur. The general situation is as follows:
At the end of the battle, both camps survived, resulting in a draw.
When tied, the defending troops will continue to maintain their current state until the next challenge or refresh.

3. Both sides suffer losses
It is relatively rare for both sides to suffer losses. Generally, when both major camps are killed and both sides have surviving troops, both sides will suffer losses.
When attacking a resource point and both sides suffer losses, and the defending team is the last, the resource point will have zero defenders and will not be occupied. Players need to dispatch an additional team to weaken the durability of the resource point in order to occupy it.
When both sides are injured in the arena, the challenged part will not disappear, and the player who sends the challenge will not enter a state of being killed.
